(TV) 'Privileged'?

I didn't mean "privileged" in a financial sense, Dennis. The remark by
Verlaine just strikes me as another one of those offensive/arrogant
things he's been known to say - often concerning things about which he
quite obviously knows nothing but about which he just has to express an
opinion.
