C'mon, we know it was an homage to the third Camper Van Beethoven album ...

Actually, my bet is that they left it untitled to add emphasis to the band's 
name and play up their reputation. "It's us - we're back", that sort of 
thing. WIth no album name, you're left with nothing to consider but the 
band's name.
