The Godfather (I, II and maybe even III)
Blazing Saddles
The Kids Are Alright
Big Time (the Tom Waits concert flick, and my pick for "best concert movie 
ever")

The most recent candidate for a list like this would be Memento, but I 
haven't picked up the DVD yet (although I'm dying to see it again).
