Hi,

 

Member, Nick Blakely gave the green light to make three shows available for
download by the Marquee Moon Mailing List. There are a total of 3 shows plus
some other tracks unidentified

 

See Below.  The actual DOWNLOAD Link is way down the bottom of this e-mail.

Happy Friday to you all.

 

My source for the Television tapes - the truly great Doug Morgan - says go
ahead with the TV tapes - so you may unleash them to the group. 

 

Doug Morgan as you all may know put out the 1982 self titled Peter Laughner
compilation on his own Koolie LP, which as I have told Robin I feel is
superior to to Take The Guitar Player For A Ride. Doug was also in a number
of significant bands including Pressler-Morgan, Neptune's Car, The New
Caesars, and, briefly, the Human Switchboard. He and his brother Pat have
been unbelievably generous with their tapes and time, and keep thanking ME
for heaven's sake.

Here is the TV 1977.02.26 tape. M.B. (who did the transfer for me) believes
it to be 2nd gen from the master. 

 

Please go ahead and download it but do not put it up yet. I still need to
get an ok from the guy I got it from, which, considering that it's probably
not a master, should not be a problem.
