Automated content aggregator, designed to show up in search results and 
prompt some ad impressions.  They don't generate their own content, but 
grab it based on searches.  Occasionally you'll get unrelated content 
showing up, like the Tom photos. 

(It would have been more appropriate in Fire Safety, though.)
