(TV) A sad start to the hollydaze

I just heard my first Xmas commercial of the year, and its music
was a re-arranged and slicked-up arrangement of "Christmas Wrapping".

I don't like it when good songs get bastardized for commercials, and
this is an inauspicious start to the impending season of consumption.
