Yes, it was self-released, and (to my ears) not a soundboard recording, but
taken from an audience tape. Also, it was a cheaply made CD -- did not
rip/convert to MP3 easily in my computer, as I recall.

I would be very
surprised to ever see it in print again (in any format).

It was available at shows and through me also. I sold
50 of them for the 
band. It was self released so I wouldn't count on seeing
it on vinyl.
