Going off on a Joe-inspired tangent here: After a friend and I saw the movie
"Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle," starring Jennifer Jason Leigh as Dorothy
Parker, we felt rather disenchanted with the Algonquin Round Table scene we had
romanticized.
And yet still found ourselves wishing we could have been there.
