Thanks for the comments about the book, everyone.
In answer to Deb's query about the e-version, I put this up for sale
myself. This was because the publisher seems to have no intention of
paying the several hundred pounds of unpaid royalties he owes me (as if
his previous crimes were not bad enough). The reason I didn't include the
illustrations is that I don't own the rights to those. I've reduced the
price as a consequence and I've also included the missing chapter (and the
corrections the publisher 'forgot' to make).
