I don't think so - but then he never used Billy on his solo stuff (even 
though he is a more interesting drummer than Jay Dee Dougherty, I 
think). Mind you, Billy was a Waitress at the time.  I think that Tom 
likes his musicians to play in a certain style and perhaps Billy didn't 
agree on what he was asked/told to play.
