(TV) Freeware for downloading YouTube?

Can anyone recommend some freeware that will allow a person to download/convert and save a
video on YouTube. , e.g. , Television YouTube  'Fire Engine' from June 15, 2002, The Vicar,
Dublin  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9cWBrw5V_vQ 

I used to use http://vixy.net and it's 'Online FLV Converter' , but that freeware no longer
works and there's no support (if there ever was) from vixy.net
