(TV) Liner notes for The Jamie Neverts Story?

One of the things I hate most about the shift away from albums & CDs in favor of MP3 downloads is the fact that liner notes, where they exist anymore, are generally nowhere to be had. I recently downloaded the Jamie Neverts Story from E-Music. Can anyone point me to a source for a copy of the liner notes? A jpeg or pdf would be ideal but a text file will also do.
