I just discovered her recently, when I read something that described her as 
a cross between Joni Mitchell and Margo Guryan, and I thought the songs I 
heard also had a bit of Brian Wilson in the mix.

I don't know how enthusiastically I'd endorse her, but being fourth in that 
group isn't the worst thing in the world.
