true. Not cool, but it brings people to the gigs.
 I don't make any money playing music, but I do enjoy seeing people looking back at us, even if they have a look of disgust on their face.
Applause is good too.

I/we have never played 'what the people want to hear'. We do our own music, at our own pace, in our own way.
Photocopying flyers and posting them up in the local coffee house doesn't bring in half what we get from one myspace bulletin.
Maybe I am defending myself, maybe I'm being reasonable.
It's not easy being a whore, but someone has to do it.
