Good call, Howard! I tried it out and it is pretty amazing for a free
program. I tried it out by entering the first few bars of the
"Elevation" solo.
I'm struggling with the timing aspect, though - I never learned how to
write timing, so when I "play back" the solo using Powertab it speeds
up and slows down - I can't seem to find the right durations.
But the notes are right, and I'm putting in every last hammer
on/pulloff, slide, etc.
Actually I'm struggling with bends. The first bend is an A bent up to
B then released back to A. When I use the powertab software it fillus
up the entire rest of the measure with the bend, no matter what the
note duration is. Any idea what's up with that?
