RE: (TV) TV DVD

Best way I've found to search on DIME is to put a + in front of the terms you are searching for, and search for more than one term, like "+band name +song title", or "+band name +band member" (leave off the quote marks). Also check the "including dead torrents" box.
I searched for +television +marquee +moon and got 9 results, though most of them are dead torrents. +television +verlaine gave me 3 results, and both searches found a Television DVD: 

Television Gaston Hall Wash., DC 2.2.27.93 - NTSC DVD

There is one. From an early 90s concert, I think. I haven't downloaded any
Television related stuff yet, though. I'm trying to get a Tom Verlaine solo
show, but it's only downloading 2 kb/sec.
