Thanks, Maurice and thanks, Keith. As for a publication date, I was told March
but nothing more specific. As far as I know that should still be OK but these
things do tend to slip so I'll let you know if I hear of any delay.

I'm sure there'll be room for another book, Keith. One of my hopes for this
one was that it might stir up more interest in the band and allow that to
happen. After writing this, nothing would give me more pleasure than to be
able to sit down and read a book on Television by someone else...
