(TV) Unknown Verlaine Album Mentioned on NPR

Regarding  the Nov. 30th, 1999 NPR interview with Verlaine (whose link Joe
Thornton 
posted this week).

After the 8 minute interview ends a NPR voice-over (Bob Edwards) intones
that Verlaine 
will be releasing new album on which Ficca and Ripp play.

I did a search of MM List Archives, but couldn't find any discussion or
dismissal of this.

Anyone remember what happened to this record or anything at all about it's
content.  

It can't have been an official release of his 'Music For Film'  score as 1)
His 1st performance 
of it was in Oct. 1999 (Brooklyn); and 2) Ficca's never been part of 'Music
For Film' project.
