Jay, you left out the most offensive band name I've seen: An*l C*nt 
(asterisks inserted to get around spam filters).

Which reminds me that when I first saw the band name Pussy Galore, I 
thought, "Wow - punk band names are really getting out there" - until I 
realized that it was the name of a James Bond character that had been used 
in a popular movie in the early 1960s....
