Anyone, but esp. musicians and Teckies on List: I have always thought the
reason the guitars on this recording sound like Foghat is because for that
particular show their rented amps were dramatically different than what they
usually used (or/and were turned-up[?] differently).

(To me, 'mixing' has always just meant setting the volume of the individual
instruments.)
So, why do their guitars sound so different from normal, and was it a
deliberate
Television decision, and why was this the only time they ever did this?
