He does, and has done "Dominance" as well, and namechecks Bloom and
Bouchard both in another song, forget which one. The minutemen did
"Red & Black", too, so it's popped up throughout Watt's entire
career... as have a bunch of Verlaine tunes.
Clearly my record collection needs more cowbell.
