You can press "Print Screen" when you have the document open and then 
paste the resulting clipboard into a graphics editing program then save 
it as a .jpg or, even zappier, download the free (small) Screenhunter

which will allow you to, for example, mark a selection round the section 
you want and save it to a .jpg file.
