Note that this is just a tiny file that you'll open with the 
BitTorrent client <http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/>.  The more 
people who do this, the better, as the bandwidth load is spread out 
among a bunch of different connections.  As the files themselves are 
on my home machine, the initial connection or two might be a bit 
sluggish, but it'll speed up as more people connect.

When the process is over, you'll end up with two .mpg files.  If 
you'd like to contribute bandwidth, just leave the torrent open after 
you're done downloading.
