Oh, certainly. But the use of "post-punk" in the article suggests that they're thinking of chronology. I was commenting on how absurd it is to use that term to define Television, who were right there *soaking in it*, as opposed to "post-" which would suggest that they'd come after. The use of the term "post-punk" to describe Television suggests that the writer has a very, very narrow view of punk as a genre, can't fit the band into that, and so figures they must have come afterward. Or it's just sloppy writing.
