As an electronic musician, I tend to get a lot of gear 
groupies--people who come up after the set and ask about what 
software I'm using.  (Once someone did come up onstage during a set 
to look over my shoulder at the laptop screen.  Maybe she wanted to 
see if I was actually doing something, and not just checking email.)
