(TV) Not depressing

Yeah, I vote not depressing either.  Now I can't remember if the quote
actually said that Verlaine's songs or Television songs are depressing -- 
Television is definitively not depressing -- some are even down right silly
(like Rocket or Foxhole).

I don't think Elliott Smith's music is depressing actually, some Nick Drake
songs are depressing but most are not.
