(TV) Fortress of Solitude of Title Stolen / Depressing

Didn't this author steal the title from DC 
Comics --- Superman had a 'Fortress of Solitude' 
in the Artic where he stored very large 
mementos

Also, I know you'll be shocked but I don't think 
TV's music is depressing.
