Here's another set of data for those who are tracking the supply of the 
Old Waldorf disc:

	Ordered: 25/9
	Email saying 'On Backorder' 3/10
	Invoice Dated: 13/10
	Package postmarked: 15/10
	Email saying 'Shipped': 17/10
	Arrived (here in the UK): 20/10

and inside the booklet it says '0130/5000' so, given that IIRC others 
have posted that they'd received higher numbers, it doesn't look like 
they're shipping in numerical order.
