I was just able to order the Flashlight reissue on Collector's Choice website (http://www.ccmusic.com/item.cfm?itemid=CCM03942)   While the description of the item lists a July 22 release date, the order form I filled out said the item normally ships in 2-3 days.  So, maybe it's already being shipped for orders directly with Collector's Choice.
