(TV) CD Distinction: Smiling versus Not Smiling

Wow! 

I brought both cd versions of 1st solo album with me 
to work today, and I don't know how the hell I didn't 
notice this before but I just noticed: 

On the 'correct' version of the cd, the photo of Tom 
on the front of the jewel case has him smiling, 
whereas on the 'incorrect' version he looks as 
if he's in a serious, contemplative mood.
