(TV) $1,000,000,000

Too bad Mr. Allen ---if he truly is a -- big fan 
of Television, couldn't give them some *serious* 
financial backing or promotion/management.

Just imagine what Television could do with one billion 
dollars (that's $1,000,000,000 not $1,000,000 for 
our British MM Mooners).

If I was the third richest man in America, 
the our guys in Television $250,000,000 each, and then 
make them bigger than Eminem or any of those awful groups  
(or female ballad/teenybopper solo "artists") who dominate 
the charts and airwaves.

If you are refering to the third richest man in America, Mr. Paul Allen
? Then yes. He built the Experience Music Project (museum) and I suspect
that he is a Television fan . The band has played there twice plus the
aformentioned Verlaine/Ripp Movie Music concert.
