I didn't see this show - I was involved in a hellish 100+ hour work week
(capped with a 32-hour stint of work) at a client's office in Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, finishing a project. In fact, I didn't even know this show had happened.

The following Monday, I was back in my home office in Watertown, MA, and I
walked to a local Middle Eastern restaurant to get a sandwich. While I was
waiting, I picked up a newspaper from the previous week, and saw a headline
like "Without Television, Verlaine still generates friction", but the article I
read was definitely the one Leo reproduced below.

Anyhow, I was crushed - I didn't realize I'd missed my first chance to see
Verlaine by only a few days. The next week, my "new" project started in -
surprise! - Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and that's when I started this list... so I'd
NEVER be caught unawares of a Television show ever again! So far, so good.
