OK, I just realized that my original question might be worded in a slightly 
(and unintentionally) misleading way:

the rarest in terms of the hardest to find a copy? 
[Possibly obfuscating Hint: it is *tangentially* related to the 
1992 Television song "Big Ho" (no relation to "Harmonica Joe"!]."
