I had this for a while, exactly as Andy described. Guy I bought it from said 
it was a promo for "Flashlight". If it was a bootleg its got to be one the 
contenders for most boring bootleg of all time, as its exactly the same 
tracks as the real album, only less of them. B'n'W pen and ink of Verlaine 
avec Jazzmeister on the cover.
