I think the television comparison holds better with the first matt johnson/the the album "Burning Blue Soul" - but they still don't have a huge amount in common. Still, "Infected" is a great record, the description of "piss stinking shopping centres" and the whole "Heartland" song has a special resonance for anyone that lived in a small town in Thatcher's Britian in the mid-eighties.
