(TV) TV Refs in New Book

Shortly before Xmas a new book came out called Punk by Stephen Colegrave and 
Chris Williams. It's a huge coffee table type book.Too expensive for me to 
buy for myself when I am skint in January(it's #35!) but my brother bought 
it for me as a present yesterday.
There are of course several references to TV, Richard Hell etc.Was this 
covered during my absence? If not shall I copy the quotes around?
