I haven't started reading it yet. It's likely to get quite sad towards the 
end from the review I read in Mojo. It's certainly easily available in the 
UK and most of the big book websites should have it.
Recommend you have a look at the Ginger Geezer website which is maintained 
by the Stanshall and has some lovely stuff on it.
