The great think about the Strokes album (aprt from great singalaongability)
is that you can play spot the influence/rip-off

So far, I've got

Sparklehorse
Lou Reed
Nirvana
Only Ones
Tom Petty

You can imagine a wine critic, holding up a glass and saying "Ummmm
gorgeous, just a hint of Seattle grunge with Tom Petty bursting out"
