(TV) OT- website question

Hi Telly fans,

I apologize for the following waste of bandwidth, but I know there are 
several technically-enabled folks out there on this list who may be able to 
answer this question:

I need to develop a website, hopefully free, for a project within my 
company.  Does anybody have any recommendation for free website hosts, with 
an easy-to-use template for a site design?
