It's a Daltrey album.
The film "McVicar" was a "Who Films" production. The cover says something
like "A Who Films Production starring Roger Daltrey".

PS: Just to make it confusing, Pete Townshend, John Entwistle and Kenney
Jones (the Who's drummer at the time) all make guest appearances, but the
liner notes don't show who played on what.
