Kinko's is a really awful place. Basically, they're a copy shop that tries to 
do more than offer photocopy and fax services and fail pretty miserably. You 
can take all sorts of files there and get them printed, and they will fuck 
them up horribly -I learned that the hard way when I started school for 
graphic design last fall and they botched just about all the QuarkXpress 
documents I took to them to get printed for assignments; hell, I dropped by 
there a week ago just to see if things were getting better, and they haven't 
even got Photoshop 6.0 on their machines. Plus they offer over-priced 
internet access, over-priced CD burning, over priced resume writing and 
rudimentary graphic design services that are -you guessed it- way over 
priced. My advice would be to avoid these things like the plague; if you ever 
need printing services, scout out your area and go to the best, closest to 
locally-owned-and-operated place you can find.
