(TV) Flaslight Acetate on e-bay

Anyone know anything about this acetate?

"Offered here is an acetate of Tom Verlaine's masterpiece, Flashlight.Preprinted
labels read The Town House 150 Goldhawk Road, London W12 Tel: 01743 9313. 
Tom Verlaine and Side one, Side Two are hand printed.On the white cover is written
 "For David Bates A&R Dept. Phonogram Records 50 Bond St.Ignore times between
 songs and clicks therein" The acetate is in VG condition. Included is an inner sleeve,
 plain white, rough edges, which Tom signed. A rare opportunity to own a piece of Rock history."
