I'm pretty sure the first two notes should only be played
on the B string.  Also, when I saw TV in Chicago, I think I
remember seeing Richard Lloyd playing the riff higher up on
the neck.

Dunno if it's correct or not, but I play this part like
this:

E----------------------------------------------------

Then repeat F-C-G7 again.

That F is a Dm.

So is this F.
 
For the chorus, I'm not positive, but I think it goes:

No clue about the solo.
