Back in the 1970s, I sometimes used the monicker Jazzbo Norman Collins, a 
combination of John Norman Collins, a serial killer from Michigan, and Al 
Jazzbo/Jazzbeaux Collins, a DJ.  I thought it was pretty cool.  No one else 
did.
