Yes, there was a video of  "A Town Called Walker" (TV commenting on Wilmington, Delaware?!?).

It had Tom walking through city alleys pursuing(?) a woman dressed in a balletrina-type dress.  Ms Secret X please rescue my memory of this.

I remember watching a "Walker" video around '87 on Music Box, as the music 
channel broadcast from England over Europe was called at that time. Don't 
recall any of it, though.
