Nope ... AOL 6.0 sends all mail as HTML. Period. Mind you, my original guess
was that the above would be right, but it isn't.
Also note than in 5.0 everything is converted to ASCII. The signature line
that follows appears in CompuServe as 8 point, in italics, and in a different
color to clearly set it off from the rest of the message. When this goes out
to the net, it'll all be plain text.
