My sympathies - while that hasn't happened to me, I did shatter my right
elbow some years ago so I know "you can expect some discomfort" is doctors'
secret code for "this is going to hurt like hell."  On the other hand,
depending on your benefits plan, this may end up being a nice, long, paid -
albeit painful - vacation.
