It's called THE SIRE MACHINE TURNS YOU UP (incorrectly called THE SIRE MACHINE
TURNS YOU ON by Clinton Heylin in FROM THE VELVETS TO THE VOIDOIDS).

I got a beat-up copy via Ebay a few months ago, but otherwise have never seen
another copy anywhere. I think "You Gotta Lose" is the only thing exclusive to
this compilation, though it does have some semi-rare stuff like Patti Smith's
"Piss Factory" as well...
