	if yr going to put public enemy on yr "rock" list, you might 
very well try & put chuck berry on yr rock list.
	[buzz-fly-died-dickinson-no? --ah, nevermind] oh, i dont 
know, i've been around since, oh, i was, a ten year old runaway, so i 
know about what was going on in the seventies [i was there, l.a., 
late 77, in person, thanks] &, yeah, there has been a [belated] buzz 
re television/tom verlaine in the last few years. i am on -this- list 
because i actually do care about television/tom verlaine, & would 
have stuck him or them on the list when his records were going out of 
print--
	that is NOT what i see being done on -this- list, which is an 
e-z to read list, that covers far too much of the last twenty five 
years, & far too little of that previous, or perhaps if you dont like 
the word 'pretentious' you can resubmit my criticism w/ the word 
'myspace.' or 'ill-educated,' or 'limited.' something.
	it's =sincerely= valid criticism, & there's plenty more to be 
had. i am dead surprised that there isnt QUITE A BIT MORE of it, 
actually, or have the arctic monkeys, say, really, really brought out 
that much hope in people, eh? that know virtuosic guitar playing when 
they hear it? really?
