Because Polydor/Fontana thought it was non-commercial. Another 
brilliant decision from Polydor. Maybe they were right though (for 
once) because when I listen to those sessions as a block and then 
compare it with Flashlight I do think the latter is superior. However 
'Anna' is a lost classic.
